Rewire your subconscious for a life free from chronic pain.
Pain isn’t just physical. It’s strongly influenced by your emotions. Because the brain processes both pain and feelings together, your mood can change how intense pain feels.
When you’re relaxed or happy, pain often feels reduced. But stress, anxiety, or low mood can increase pain and make it more persistent. Stress also triggers inflammation and lowers your pain tolerance, creating a cycle where pain and stress reinforce each other.
Chronic pain can affect confidence and lead to fear or reduced activity, which may worsen symptoms. The body can also hold onto unresolved emotional stress, contributing to ongoing tension and discomfort even after the original cause has passed.
Put simply, when emotional wellbeing improves, pain often becomes easier to manage too.
We combine evidence-based psychological techniques with ancient wisdom to address the root
causes of your pain, not just the symptoms.

Have you ever thought that when you're talking about your pain, people have no understanding of what you're going through or seem to ignore you. Maybe the way you express your pain is different to the person you were talking to. There are ways we express ourselves and these are called representational systems and how they function in all areas of our life. They function in all areas of our life, not just how we communicate our pain, also how we function in relationships in general, such as work, friendships, personal relationships, business etc...
A lot of miscommunication can be caused by how we understand another person's representational system.
So what are representational systems?
They are based on our five senses: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory, and gustatory [VAKOG] and there is another system we use called AD [audio digital] a distinct system involving self talk logic. We have a preferred representational system, which is the one we use primarily in most cases, though we will use all of depending on the context. So beware not label anyone as we are a combination of all depending on the context, the main 3 are what we will use on this fun quiz, I will explain more after the questions.
